Inspired by the amazing Sabriel, Lirael and Abhorsen books by Garth Nix, this is the infamous book studied by necromancers – The Book of The Dead.
The book holds such horrors that it’s held shut by silver clamps, has charter marks on it’s spine and the symbol of the Abhorsens – keys, on it’s pearlescent green cover.
Each earring is 33mm x 28.2mm and comes on an illustrated backing card that's covered with shiny, metallic keys.
The earrings are made from my illustration of The Book of The Dead, produced in silver plated metal with green pearlescent enamel on the cover and white and black enamel details. They have fish hook style attachments to keep them securely in place. There is also a clear epoxy resin coating over each earring to protect it from scratches and give it a smooth, lustrous finish.
Every item is carefully packed and sent by me from my home in Nottingham, United Kingdom, using eco-friendly materials!
